ESI (Échanges et Solidarité Internationale) is a non-profit organization based in Les Ulis, France, dedicated to promoting youth empowerment, social cohesion, and sustainable development at both the local and international levels. Founded on principles of solidarity, intercultural dialogue, and civic engagement, ESI connects young people with opportunities to actively shape their societies while engaging in meaningful global collaborations.

Our Team
Our team consists of passionate youth workers with extensive experience in civil society initiatives and Erasmus+ projects, including youth exchanges, training courses, and volunteering initiatives at both local and international levels
Mustapha Laroussi – President
Mustapha has trained youth in entrepreneurship, including incarcerated individuals preparing for reintegration. He has led international exchange projects with OFAJ, focusing on business creation and intercultural dialogue to promote identity and social cohesion.
Key Projects:
Entrepreneurship Training Camp (Partner: Kiga, Berlin) – 35 participants from France and Germany
“Sense of Belonging” Project (Partner: Lebenswelt, Germany) – 40 participants on identity and inclusion


Schéhérazade Benikene – Treasurer
With a strong background in social work, youth engagement, and community development, Schéhérazade Benikene plays a key role in supporting vulnerable youth and promoting educational success. Her work includes:
Assisting young people in academic and social reintegration
Mediating and resolving conflicts through educational support
Organising workshops on psychosocial skills and personal development
Rania is a dedicated youth worker with a passion for arts and culture. Holding a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a master’s in Cultural Diplomacy and Soft Power, she has been working for several years with young people from diverse backgrounds. Her objective is to develop their critical thinking skills and promote a culture of dialogue and tolerance through organising and participating in various Erasmus+ projects. She has led and coordinated training courses and exchanges that foster inclusion and intercultural understanding
Rania Negra – Project Coordinator




Amine Boubetra – Public Relations Coordinator
Amine is an engaged and experienced youth worker active in non-formal education and intercultural exchanges. He has coordinated and facilitated numerous Erasmus+ projects, promoting youth participation in exchange programmes, training courses, and volunteering initiatives. His expertise in project management and socio-educational facilitation allows him to create inclusive and dynamic learning environments.


Mehdi Lalioui – Volunteer Coordinator
Mehdi is a committed professional in youth development and international cooperation. He has contributed to the implementation of numerous projects focused on social inclusion, youth engagement, and intercultural dialogue. His experience in coordinating Erasmus+ programmes enables him to design and implement innovative initiatives that empower young people.
Yannick is a financial management and accounting expert representing Duedeal Capital. He ensures the proper maintenance of the association’s accounts, guaranteeing transparency and financial compliance in our projects. His role includes monitoring and managing the NGO’s finances, overseeing project budgets, and preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring rigorous and responsible resource management
